Valuable Staff

Huazhen Shi

• Retired on Sep. 16, 2008. She became the first retired staff in Nanhua, wining stunning acclamation by her prestige and preciseness.
• Served as merchandising manager in Dec., 2007. Her individual competence played a decisive role in promoting the work of merchandising department.
• Involved in the establishment of merchandising department in 2006. Serving as a merchandiser, she played a key role in the department.
• Joined Nanhua in 2004. She served as the warehouse specialist and began to establish the warehouse management of Nanhua.

Feeling

Nanhua was a small factory with only one workshop and 30-40 staffs when I just arrived. There were no other persons but me who worked in warehouse, and I must take the whole work, such as stocking, arranging and delivering. Although the job is exhausting, I found pleasure in it. Our boss values management and brings in talents with high academic background and high quality, who are all young, smart, talented and vibrant. Meanwhile, our boss is innovative, risk taking, and having no fear of difficulties. He, together with all of the staff, achieved tremendous outputs through thick and thin. The warehouse, workshop, quantity of staff and output value have been expanded several times, and I grew into a manager in charge of merchandising and warehouse keeping from a warehouse specialist.

I was filled with emotion when I saw the output Nanhua achieved. It was achieved through the blood and tears of every Nanhua people. We deserved it although the job is exhausting. I experienced the growth of Nanhua and grew deeply attached to Nanhua. I hope all Nanhua people could stick together to experience the ups and downs. Wish Nanhua a prosperous future.

Haiyan Cheng
Sales Representative (2005 ~ 2007)

• In 2007 she left Nanhua due to family reasons. She was popular among her fellows because of her humor and dedication. Nanhua are deeply grateful to fulfillment of her duties.
• In 2006 she shifted from department of small and medium cranes to department of harbors, being in charge of the customers of harbors. She made outstanding contributions to sales transformation from cranes to harbors.
• In 2005 she led the team dealing with development of new cranes customers and maintenance of regular customers.

Baolong Lu
Driver (1999 ~ )

• Joining Nanhua Electronics since 1999, he becomes the employee who served Nanhua for the longest time span. Experienced with ten years' changing of Nanhua, his plain, optimistic and professional ethics doesn't change a bit.His character and dedication contribute a lot to Nanhua Electronics'corporate culture.

Yumei Qian
Manufacturing Dept. PCB workshop team leader (2000.2.1 ~)

  Being a employee who had been with Nanhua for 9 years, being a member of first line management, Qian's optimistic spirit embraves her team, her department and the whole Nanhua. We believe we can only make a plain & fine organization culture by consistent and patient work like hers.
