Every year accidents occur all over the world because of safety failures. Injury and death occurs more frequently in the industrial working environment than in most other environment.
Since 1990 we have kept our focus on people working under hazardous conditions, from harbors to mining fields, metallurgical plants, tall buildings, highways and offshore sites etc. Our engineers go to those work sites to develop more reliable industrial warning and communication products.

Nanhua History
2011: staff 236, sales amount 28,243,925.19 RMB(end of June).
In Jan, recruit R & D personnel, totally 6 new colleagues join in the R&D department at the end of March. Suppliers structure and purchasing department adjusted at the same Period.
In Feb, after the Spring Festival, Nanhua adjust workers salary, the minimum wage set in 1300 RMB; solve the problem of job drought promptly.Simultaneously introduce the external auditing firm to audit the financial work.
In Mar, the most serious injuries occur since its establishment, a fitter was cut two fingers in the first section by trigger shear in the finish machining workshop, bone damaged, the other two fingers slightly injured. Same period, Nanhua adjust the salary system, hoping to reflect a more optimized, more equitable salary system.
First quarter sales amount increase of 81.32% than same period 2010.
In April, 《Department Performance Appraisal System 》has been finished, with monthly sales of 6.3 million, the highest single month sales record.
In May, the second adjustment of workers' salary done through the personnel and plant management, some workers' salary raises again. Same month we contact with ERP Software Company.
In June, Nanhua signed agreement with Kingdee software, expect good solutions to improve Nanhua internal management. Same month we cooperate with law firms and began to solve issues about employees who breach the contract and patent infringement.
Second quarter sales amount increase of 76% than same period 2010; quarterly cash conversion cycle is 68 days.
In Jan, the management association has reached the consensus with the shareholders, Nanhua will share 10% of the company profit as bonus to the staff.
In Mar, Nanhua set up a test for assessment of personnel. And in Apr, based on the second examine, some of the staff have been dismissed.
The first quarter‘s sales volume higher than any previous year’s, however the administration cost increased too, great turnover of staff at the same time.

In May, on the management meeting, some cases which have been traced for more than 5 months come to the result, and the positive factors is increasing.
In June, company expansion capital, Nanhua Electronics Co.,Ltd’s Registered capital increased to 5,000,000RMB;
In July, got the approval of the Export& import authority, Nanhua will running the Import and export business by own company.
In August, a Purchase Order received from Wind power manufacturer, the investment for the wind power industry finally gets return; the first half year- bonus has been issued to the staff.
On Sep, because of the quality problem, the after sales become the highlight this month, esp. the Digital circuit development.
On Oct, we passed the preliminary inspection by MITSUI, and the month sales are up to 5,330,000RMB, which is the highest record in the Nanhua’s history.
On Nov, Nanhua participated the 2010 Bauma Exhibition, and in this month, the problems of organizational Management and coordination began to intensified, internal arguments appeared every day in the meeting room.
On Dec, “manager questionnaire survey” began to carry out, the employees can evaluate and report their managers through this survey; at the same time, authorized software was recommended greatly, to protect copyright.
Annual sales revenue decreased 16.7% because of financial crisis, however, the increase of staffs caused the increase of operation cost, which is unexpected by shareholder, and brought some anxiety to the management team.
In March, the management team found some Nanhua products were copied by other companies, they can not help but make a reflex ion and try to use Legal copy software and respect other’s interests.
In June and Dec, inspected by ZTE twice, however, still have not passed, we found a lot of problems existing in our company through the two inspection and try our best to solve them, expecting the next inspection;
In August, a new financial manager came, and set up a complete new financial dept (consisting of 5 people), and thus the period that financial dept. being operated by shareholders came to the end.
In September, All the 5 sales dept decided to execute democratic management, to improve the internal cooperation
In Oct, inspected by Alstom, passed and became into one of their suppliers
In Nov, a new QC manager came, and we put a lot of hope on him to solve the continuous quality problems and improve our quality control level
In Dec, our Marketing dept was set up, consisting of 4 young people, a small group with a big range of issues to do
In Dec, after 20 years operation, we finally registered Shanghai Nanhua Electronics Co., Ltd
By the end of this year, we will insist on the overall planning like the past year, continue to employ more people for various needs and have a good prospect of year 2010; most of young staff coming in the past 3 years got married and started to have children this year; during the great depression, we lived a happy life.

Sales revenue kept growing at 30% under financial crisis environment;

Developed User Service for the metallurgical industry. Designed and manufactured BC-2 high power annouciator. With high quality and reliability, the product attracted wide attention.
1994: Nanhua Electronics Company registered, staff 5, clients 20
Focusing on the port industry, the BC-8 audible and visual alarm was designed. It was recognized for its high-quality, the BC-8 spread all over the world. Within 10 years, 80% mounting yield in global ports.

Company founder started his business in a family workshop. He designed and manufactured his first audible and visual alarms for two industrial enterprises.
